When life is tough and you’re in a rut, it’s always good to follow these helpful tips
- Calm down. It’s okay to eat a whole packet of m&m’s in one go, or a whole block of chocolate all at once.
- Take some time to just lie in bed and listen to Lana del Rey. It can be really therapeutic to lie around and think while listening to some mellow tunes
- Go for a walk. It’s good to just go out for a walk and spend some time with your own thoughts. It doesn’t matter if you go on a walk to nowhere, but it usually makes me more motivated to walk when I have a destination.
- Go out with your friends. It may sound silly, trust me I know. I get so sick of my parents bothering me about going outside. I’m very prone to spending the weekend and holidays locked away in my room, and not talking to anyone but my parents. This can make me very miserable even though I am very introverted. But when I go out to the movies with my friends it brings up my spirits by like 10000%
